The cocktail jacket – Mister Mister’s peak lapel single button jacket.
Shown here in Velvet – this is our interpretation of a cocktail jacket. By far, our most fun non tuxedo jacket, or as we often refer to it, the non tuxedo tuxedo.
Broad strong lapels, single reversed self button and straight jetted pockets, this made to measure jacket screams formal whilst have enough character to be worn to a cocktail event or cheekily to a casual event.
Add black satin facing and you’ve then got a tuxedo, in whichever black or navy blue wool or mohair you wish.
Wear it as seperate jacket and trousers or even jeans and you’re adding some interest to what is normally a very traditional garment.
Modern or traditional, the best question to ask yourself is what are we trying to achieve with your custom design suit or jacket.
